When does the warranty period begin and how do I make a claim?
The warranty starts from the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase. All warranty claims must be initiated through your original point of purchase so an official service call can be lodged and directed to the After Sales Service team.

What actions or conditions will void the warranty?
The warranty will be void if any of the following occur:

No proof of purchase is provided.
Hard‑wired rails are not installed by a licensed electrician.
Installation does not comply with State and/or National standards.
Installation does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
The product is used for incorrect applications (e.g., used as a ladder).
Service, repairs, or alterations are performed without the manufacturer’s written approval.
Finish is damaged due to installation/post‑installation issues or improper care.
Manufacturer’s care and cleaning directions are not followed.
